1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Quotevo ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Quotevo provides a visual web editor allowing users to design, configure, and host custom cost estimator and lead generation widgets. These widgets can be embedded on external web properties. Certain features, calculators, or limits are restricted based on subscription plans (Free, Basic, Pro).
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Billing: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (monthly) via Creem. Payment details are fully managed by our payment processor partners.
Fee Changes: Quotevo, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify subscription fees for the plans. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except when required by law or as expressly offered on a case-by-case basis by Quotevo support.
Quotas & Limits: Upgrading your plan expands limits such as calculator counts, monthly widget impressions, and submission caps. Exceeding these monthly caps may result in widget rendering limits or suspension of widget views until the next billing cycle or a manual top-up is purchased.
5. Whitelists & Embed Restrictions
To protect the integrity of the Service, we reserve the right to enforce domain whitelist restrictions. You agree to configure valid domain limits in your dashboard to prevent unauthorized usage of your embedded widgets. Bypassing or attempting to bypass domain restrictions or security measures in our scripts is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-submitted fields and styling configurations) are and will remain the exclusive property of Quotevo and its licensors.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- To transmit malicious code, viruses, or spam through custom CTA buttons or form configurations.
- To build fraudulent calculators designed to trick users or steal sensitive credentials (phishing).
- To scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of our widget renderer or editor codebase.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quotevo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
